Race bike:  all Riders currently own bikes, one  new bike will purchased for this race. THe bike Will either be a Honda crf450x or Ktm xc 530.

Bike will have to be race-prepped for the grueling 1000 mile event. Preparations will include but not be limited to:

Suspension upgrade

Large capacity fuel tank

Baja lighting system and related components

Steering stabilizer

Heavy duty desert tires and bib mousse tire inserts and/or super heavy duty tubes.

Heavy duty skid plate

Exhaust system upgrade

Basically  dis-assembling  bike and fine tuning all components and re-assembling all fasteners w/loctite and safety wire.

Safety wire spokes.

Fabricating and installing mount for IRC Tracking device
